Why do I need to book a call?

How much does it cost?

There are a variety of options available, which I’ll run through with you on our call. It really comes down to what’s best for you!

Do I need a gym?

Nope! Many of my nurses have got great results with home workouts (especially busy moms struggling to balance work, kids, and life).

What if I have dietary restrictions/ preferences?

That’s totally cool. Your nutrition guidance is unique to you. Plus, by the time we’ve finished working together, you’ll know exactly how to handle your own nutrition (which means no need to follow diet plans for the rest of your life)!

How much time do I need to spare each week?

This depends on you, your unique circumstances, and your goals.

That being said, it would be ideal if you could set aside 30-40 minutes most days to work on yourself or do some exercise!

Is this online or in-person?

100% online! However, I travel all over the world, and if I’m ever in your town I’d love to catch up for a coffee!
